The second most important piece of the puzzle for selling final expense is overcoming objections. use the following approach.
A M M
A– Agree with the client- ABSOLUTELY Ms. Jones–
M– Make something up- YOU CAN THINK ABOUT IT
M– Move ON– I just need to get you qualified- so while I am doing that take your time– Now, what is your height and weight etc.
– The most important step = MOVE ON
say whatever you want — we encourage you to learn the objections- you can also have the pulled up on the screen by clicking on the script tab inside the agent portal. You can’t mess it up. Just read them.
